Described as a Wit with peaches on the menu. No mention of apricots, so I'm guessing this is different from the Peach Apricot Panty Dropper of 2004. 4oz taster as part of a paddle.
A - A finger of white foam quickly sizzles to a thin ring and minimal lace. Transparent golden with some tiny streams of bubbles. Not sure how this is a Wit if it's transparent?
S - Lots of peaches, sugary and vanilla malts, some malted wheat as well.
T - Taste is has more wheat, although it's still largely peach-forward, and there's perhaps a hint of spice. Lightly sour and tart peach flesh, with some fruity acidity in the finish.
M - Surprisingly hefty medium body, moderate carbonation zest and tingle. Dry and tannic fruit pulp finish.
D - The peach flavor is thankfully not synthetic or cloying - that being said this is still fairly sweet. I could actually drink quite a bit of this on a hot day, as it's quite refreshing. Probably the best panty dropper I've ever had.
