A decadent barley wine with the irresistible flavor of fresh-baked cinnamon buns. Rich, with hints of bourbon, warming, and full-bodied.

Appearance: Pours coffee colored with a fast fading tan film that scatters to a collar; hardly any lacing
Smell: Raisin and cinnamon bun tones with a hint of Bourbon
Taste: Cinnamon raisin bun flavors forward with a growing caramel and dried dark fruit presence; the Bourbon arrives in the mid-palate, adding a slightly boozy angle to the flavor profile
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with very low carbonation; slight warmth in the gullet
Overall: A nice Barleywine overall

This isn't my favorite but it works pretty well. The cinnamon addition and the barrels blend well together but I don't think the base beer is quite right for this one. The earthy, bitter tang peeking through seems incongruous. Fun to try though.
