Una cerveza que tiene como protagonista al fruto del Arbutus Unedo, al madroño. Una Fruit Beer gallega con inspiración castiza. En los últimos días del período de guarda se adiciona a la cerveza el zumo natural de madroños.
Color amarillo pálido, ligeramente turbia. Generosa corona de espuma blanca. Aromas intensos que provienen claramente de la fruta del madroño. Las variedades de lúpulo empleadas (Cascade y Relax) aportan notas cítricas y herbales. Una percepción inicialmente dulce da paso a sensaciones moderadamente ácidas. Cuerpo medio y calidez moderada. Su paso por boca es largo, con un final ácido y refrescante.

A beer whose main character is the fruit of the Arbutus Unedo, the strawberry tree. A Galician Fruit Beer with “castiza” inspiration. At the end of maturation, natural strawberry tree fruit juice is added to the beer.
Pale yellow color, slightly cloudy. Generous white head. Intense aromas that come from the fruit of the strawberry tree. The hop varieties used (Cascade and Relax) add citrus and herbal notes. An initially sweet perception gives way to moderately acidic sensations. Medium body and moderate warmth. Long at the mouth passage, with an acid and refreshing finish.
