A - Cloudy pale golden pour with good carbonation and a two fingers fluffy white head. Good head retention around a finger and a smattering of spotty lace.
S - Ripe tropical fruit, citrus zest. Really inviting yeast character. Fruit skins and pulp. Sweet fruit juice.
T - Zippy fruit character, skins and peels, with zest. Pineapple juice, lemon zest. Less juicy than aroma.
M - Really strong carbonation, light body, minimal bitterness with lingering hop flavour.
O/D - A nice Saison that delivers what was advertised. Sessionable and flavourful while offering flavours that aren't too common.
