Light gold body...creamy head...spicy rye upfront with orchard apples and some fleshy citrus.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light spicy rye notes is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with some spicy rye notes and light peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good take on the style but I was expecting more rye to come through.

Nice straw color with lots of carbonation and small white head but with good retention.
Nice aromas of yeast and hops. A little bit of rye also in the nose.
Nice flavor too, dominated by the belgian yeasts. A little bit of hops also and in the finish you get the rye flavors. Light bitterness.
Really nice carbonation but it feels a little bit "foamy" if it makes sense like sipping the head of a beer. It is not so bad but still noticeable.
