Bottle: Poured a clear pale golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some peppery notes. Taste is a nice mix of rustic malt with some nice peppery notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easily drinkable with nice complexity from the rye malt notes and the yeast strain used to brew this beer.
