Medium: Capped + tulip glass. (aged 6 months)
Opacity: Deep veiled while shiny.
Color: Reddish brown with a ruby hue.
Head: Weak brown 1 finger.
Legs: Shy with moderate swirl reaction.
Smell: Worcestershire/Black liquorice/Raisins/Caramel.
Taste: Tart/Cherries/Plums/Wild yeast/Wood.
Feel: Funky/Spicy/Red wine/Mildly putrid/Barrel aged.
Body: Medium slick with good smoothness and well rounded.
Carbonation: Moderately sharp crisp.
Overall: Excellent quality accessible flandre rouge with a nice warmth for the abv.
