Poured from a 12oz bottle into a stemmed tulip glass.
A: Straw in color and a bit hazy; pours to a large, bubbly head that falls slowly with a bit of lacing.
S: A nice Belgian nose with some spicy notes, lemon and a hint of citrus.
T: The taste is nice a dry letting the some of the earthy grassy notes come through. There is some pepper and lemon in the background as well. The finish is clean and dry.
M: Medium body and lots of carbonation. It is a bit heavier than other saisons, but this does not negatively affect the drinkability.
O: A tasty dry saison, very drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with light apricot and a peppery yeast notes. Taste is also dominated by apricot notes with fruity ester and some peppery yeast with solid rustic type malt notes. Body is fuller then average with good carbonation. Very well brewed with nice level of complexity while retaining some good drinkability.

Surprisingly good bottle of saison. Orange colour, orange flavour. Dry, very drinkable.
Jason R's bottle.Very good drinkable. Average mouthfeel, appropriately carbonated. Some good spiciness. Very nice. Nice pepper spice. Nothing overwhelming, but nice.
