On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of grain and wheat notes, with a little bit of Belgian yeast mixed in. Fairly bland overall and not really what I expect in a saison.
The flavor is similarly disappointing. I get a lot of grain notes, as well as some Belgian yeast and a little bit of spice. Not very exciting and nothing really present in the flavor that stands out or impresses. Overall, the flavors are a little muddled and don't really work well together.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
