What needs be said about this beer is that its beauty lie not only in the blended taste that does not overwhelm the palate with over-ripe raspberries but rather complements the notes in the stout character with its sweet tang, but in that the beer makes its way through your mouth as a raspberry, sweet, then textured, and at the end, a bit tangy and sour.
