I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Bend McMenamins.
Appearance: slightly cloudy golden hue with a finger of creamy white foam leaving a nice lace on the glass. Not super pilsnery, but I like it.
Smell: quite light with a bit of graininess, but not bad.
Taste: nicely grainy with a fair bit of yeast character. It's got that crafty, pre-prohibition thing going on. Not bad.
Mouthfeel: a surprisingly good creaminess for the style. I dig it.
Overall: it's 102 in Bend right now, which may be affecting my refreshment math. It's very refreshing indeed.
