A: cloudy gold with very little head
S: very fruity, strong raspberry aroma, slightly malty
T: very raspberry and not much else
M: very watery and carbonated, overall I felt more like I was drinking raspberry flavored carbonated water than beer
D: very drinkable
Really not a very interesting beer at all. Not bad, but really nothing special. I'd recommend it for people who don't think they like beer and prefer to drink Smirnoff Ice

Served to me from the tap into a chilled pint glass. The beer has a light yellow color and a distinct purplish hue which actually looks pretty neat.
The nose is average, the raspberry flavor is immediately there. The beer goes down very smoothly, its light and the raspberry flavor is there but also very light. They could have over done it with the raspberry flavoring but its actually just a nice light flavoring. A very average beer with an interesting raspberry twist.

I asked the bartender if this one of their house beers or a guest tap from Abita. He assured me it was theirs and was surprised that another beer existed with the same name.
This was a seasonal that is made with boysenberries. They also offer a popular raspberry beer, but due to the shortage of raspberries they tried their hand with this fruit.
Served in a standard pint, the beer is a hazy apricot with slightly purple highlights. It has a beige head & good lacing.
The smell is of berries and grains.
The beer starts sweet with some honey and grain notes. The berries quickly come-in and a nice counterpoint and some balance. Berry taste grows stronger as you work through the beer but is never too sweet, cloying or overbearing.
It has a nice crisp mouth. Very easy drinker and one of the better-balanced fruit beers I've had.

This is an interesting beer. I picked it up when I made a visit to Jungle Jims in Cincinnati. The beer has a cloudy appearence with almost no head present. A hue of gold is mixed with light purple. The smell is very distinct. The Raspberries are very present in the smell. The beer starts with a very sweet very raspberry taste with light hopps and finishes slightly bitter leaving you with the wheat. The mouthfeel is a little watery and the beer is very carbonated. It tingles the tounge a bit more than I care for. But overall this beer isnt bad and would recommend you try.

Popped into my local McMenamins and spotted this on the chalk board.
Its a marionberry flavoured pale ale type beer.
Ok this looks a very attractive beer in my pint glass, pale brown with small white head, slightly hazed.nice.
The aroma is pretty subdued.but i can smell the berries.
Nice clean fruity taste that really does not overwhelm the beer..very refreshing and easy.
It is however kind of watery on the palate.
Very drinkabvle ale on this a quite unseasonally warm day in Salem , Oregon.
