Served on nitro tap into a nonic glass at St. Francis School
A- Poured a hazy amber color with a big bubbly and frothy off-white head that left lots of chunky lace
S- Very faint aroma, indistinct fruitiness and spiciness
T- Some indistinct fruitiness and spiciness, lots of graininess, somewhat watery. Overall quite bland
M- Really nice creamy and smooth mouthfeel at first soft carbonation. Great mouthfeel at first and then got pretty watery as it warmed up. Seems like all the mouthfeel came from the nitro
O- Really bland and not much going on. On par with the service and food at St. Francis.
