Had on tap 8/8 at the brewery. Served into a pint glass.
Appearance: moderate carbonation, 1/4 inch head, brown in color, clear
Smell: big dose of rosemary
Taste: holy rosemary batman. That is all I can taste. Maybe some basil.
Mouthfeel: savory—like rosemary, medium carbonation, light body
Drinkability: I don’t like fruit/vegetable beers that do not taste much like beer. This is much like that. All I get is rosemary water, no bacon at all. I think this may be a lovely beer to cook with, is extremely creative, but nothing to drink straight up.
