Deep gold, white foam, oersistent.
Fresh sìmell, even if malty.
Malty taste too, but there is also a good herbal hop, intense.
Well amalgamated, gentle.
A light biscuit in the aftertaste, and again a sharp herbal note.
Some honey and camomile.
Pleasant and thirst-quenching,

On Cask at Nerax North
Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a thin white head with light retention. Smells of butter, butterscotch, toffee, no hops. I really don't want to taste this after I smell it and I begin to wonder if young lagers should even be put into casks and served. I taste much of the same butter flavors with a moderate bready caramel deep underneath. Medium body, light carbonation with a sweet almost sugary mouthfeel.Yeah uhm if I find a bottle I would try it, but cask maybe not.

Enjoyed on the balcony of the Avenue Pub during Firkin Friday.
Served in a weizen glass
Appearance: yellow, 1/2 finger head, slight lacing
Smell: lemon-y, with hops bringing up the rear
Taste: Lemons, malt, yeast with a slight bitterness; a real pale ale feel.
Mouthfeel: medium
Overall: A fine session beer. A bit lighter than I like my beers, but had to try one. How often does one get this close to the old country? Well done, Polly!

Poured from a gravity cask at Churchkey.
Pours a nice light copper color with a thick white head and some pretty decent lacing. Smells brings forward some slightly toasted doughy bread alongside a tad bit of grassy hops. Taste integrates the flavors quite well, with the delicate dough playing alongside a very timid hoppiness. Feel is light and very refreshing. Drinks quite well, but was a bit heavy and toasty.

Gravity cask at Gourmet Haus Staudt.
Pours hazy golden-orange with a large frothy white head and good lacing.
Aroma is subtle but nice - grainy with pale malt and grassy hops.
Grainy flavor, well-balanced if a little corny. Not very sweet, with a good grassy hop bitterness to it.
Really smooth and airy mouthfeel with soft carbonation.
A nice, light, drinkable brewski. Going to have to bring down it's A+/4.7 overall rating though unfortunately.

On cask at the Avenue in NOLA. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a billowing white head that dissipates to leave nice lacing. Smells of wet hay and grass. The hops are pretty evident here, but are balanced perfectly. Slightly yeasty. Strong graininess in the taste, which goes perfectly with the hop character. Earthy with a bit of sulfur. There's bitterness, but it just dries the beer slightly. Medium body with good carbonation. It really can't get better than this as far as characterful, utterly drinkable lager is concerned.
I've had this in a 5L minikeg as well, and aside from the slight oxidation in that instance, it was also nearly perfect. This is the sort of lager that people should be enjoying.
