Draft at Swamp Head today. Pours golden colored with a half finger white head on top into a Swamp Head snifter. Aroma of pine, grass, some citrus rind, sweet honey malts. Flavor follows with good sweetness, grapefruit, lemon rinds, grassiness, and a medium pine bitter going on. Light to medium bodied with medium plus carbonation. Overall a nice west coast style IPA. They’ve put together a couple of these that outshine their regulars like Big Nose and Stumpknocker. Good stuff.
