Clear and beautiful. Nice flavor with a bit of a yeasty end. It was carbonated just right. It was crisp and did not overfill the glass. It's well done and easy to drink. It would be nice on a hot day.

Pours a crystal clear and bright sunflower yellow with a plump creamy two fingers of foam.
Toasted grains sweetness, a bit of earthy and semi-spicy noble hops, and a bit of yeast twang.
Earthy and grassy hops emerge much more in flavor lending bitterness to an overall sweet toasted malt backbone.
Light-bodied, high carbonation, crisp, sweet, crushable.
Overall, quite an enjoyable beer. While a generally lackluster style, this beer is well done and provides a solid drinking experience.

A solid beer. Golden hue with a plsner like consistency. More flavorful than other beers of this style that I have tried, it has a nice hoppy bite at the end reminiscent of pilsner urquell. Overall a good beer for a hot summer afternoon.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light golden colored, clear, with a fluffy white head on top. Aroma of light fruits, light hay, some pale German malts. Flavor follows with a bit of a fruity pineappley taste, some hay, and a finish reminiscent of other Kolsch beers: a bit dirty. Very light bodied and refreshing with medium carbonation. For a style in not usually a huge fan of, this came across pretty solid.

Pours a clear gold with thin soapy white head, settles to a thin ring, a few dots of lace down the glass. Smell: white grape with some unripe peach, lemon, lightly doughy. Taste: mildly sweet and grapey cut by saltine and lemon note, peach skin, clean mild bitterness. Definitely a nice summer / outdoor beer that I thoroughly enjoyed... but don't expect it to punch you in the nose or be highly hopped for the style (based on the advertising of the dry hopping)... luckily they had me at knee boarding and Kolsch.
