Poured on a nitro-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, goldenrod coloring with a tall, frothy, bright white head. Dense and creamy from the nitro pour. Nose of lemon grass, grapefruit and citrus, resinous and bitter hops. Fantastic! Flavors are smooth, with a cracker backbone, grassy highlights, lemon and grapefruit tart and sweet, and a subtle resinous bitterness. Very well balanced, on a light, smooth body. Nitro is a nice touch. The aftertaste is grassy and tart, with a smooth, clean finish. Very refreshing and drinkable!
