Bottled on 08/2016...Pours into a small tulip glass a slight hazed burnt orange with a billowing sticky slight off white head that never completely settles.Aromas are not in your face but give off some leafiness and light resin,sweet caramel/biscuit underneath.Medium feel with a real smooth silkiness,it glides down very easily for a "bigger" beer.To me more English in nature if not for the size of the beer,leafy with a hint of mint along with some mild earthy tones,the sweetness comes from alcohol and there is a sweet even faint funkiness and spice from the honey in the finish.This beer is very easy to drink for it's size,the hops wont blow you away but it's a damn fine beer either way.
