@ Thirsty Monk
A "German pale ale" created by brewing their Kölsch and fermenting with standard ale yeast and dry hopping with Hallertauer.
Clear gold under a modest white head. Very light aromas of dry floral notes, lemon, cereal malt, and doughy yeast. Lightly fruity, doughy, leafy, red grapefruit, and spicy hop flavor. Light bodied and refreshing. Don't expect a "huge" hop presence...this is more mellow and subtle. Pretty clean and drinkable.

Had on tap at Sticks and Stones here in Greensboro tonight.Poured into a standard pint glass a clear light golden with nicely formed half finger bone white head atop.Wet cereal grain aromas with light herbal hop notes.A firm dryer maltiness is big on the palate with the leafy/spicy hops not playing the lead role in my opinion, all comes together really well. The description on the menu said "German pale ale",and the German influence is there,I liked it.

If you like Endless River you need to try this beer. I tried them both at the same time on tap. Really fun experiment! The hops in the 533 are good but I really wanted a little bit more. I think this is the crazy American Hop Head coming out so please just disregard this comment if you don't have the same opinion. All and all, it's a fun beer and I can't wait to see what Mother Earth sends my way next. Come on by the Salty Caper in Salisbury NC and get some! 1/24/13

This pale ale is the same base beer as Endless River Kolsch but 8 pounds of dry hops were added to fermentation for a huge hop aroma and flavor, then fermented out with a neutral beer yeast for a a slight fruity but dry flavor. Enjoy this one off beer from the brewers at Mother Earth Brewing. This beer is awesome!
