@ Tasty Beverage
Glowing yellow capped with a skimpy white head. Aroma is fresh and doughy featuring a light noble hop character. Cracker malt sweetness, spicy hops, and more crusty bread/doughy notes in the flavor. Very crisp and refreshing. I'm thinking this was made with both German and Czech styles in mind as it seems to fall somewhere in between. Pretty well done overall.

Enjoyed while hanging out at Tasty Beverage in Raleigh. Served from tap into a nonic. Poured a golden yellow with a half finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, wheat, earth, and spice. The flavor was of sweet malt, wheat, earth, earth hop, and spice. It had a light feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a pretty decent brew. This was really quite a refreshing brew after a long day out in the sun. It was really nicely balanced while not having a ton of stuff going on in it. This is what made it really good in all of its simplicity. Very close to what you would expect from a brew of this style. Definitely well done and should be considered by fans of the style. Tick.
