On tap at Lucky Baldwin's as a "Hidden" beer on their Belgian Beer Festival list.
Poured into a small Chimay chalice.
Wow deeply complex cherry spice with brown leather like a comstock cherry pie filling with more spice and depth to it
Aroma notes of fruit leather and a light acidity.
The beer is deep reddish brown with purplish highlights.
Absolutely amazing beer with a warmness on the palate and in the belly belied by being "only" 8%. This beer dances and embraces the tongue and makes the head swoon just a touch!
