Light yellow hazy color, poured similar to a sparkling wine with a shallow head that disappeared in a blink.
Aroma of passion fruit and pineapple with some sourness.
Taste follows nose. Light sour flavor of passion fruit and pineapple, with hints of yeast and wheat. Dry and acid aftertaste.
Watery body with good sparkling carbonation.
Its biggest flaw is missing body; it would be much better if much more malt was added to the recipe. Nevertheless, its sourness with the tropical fruits combination has potential.
