Pours dark red amber with a rim of burnt cream foam. Smell is with some herbal hops, but I gotta say I get strait up tomatoes and ketchup in the nose; not pleasant. Flavor follows with the ketchup montage and a bit of a smokey character, not nearly as sweet as most Scotch Ales I've had. Full bodied with low carb and a semi dry finish. I didn't finish my taster.
