16oz. Can served in a tulip. Pours an orange-gold with a rocky, one-inch, bright white head that slowly sizzles and pops as it disperses. Nose expresses coriander and some light, grassy notes in the background as well as candi sugar. Taste consistent with nose with just a kiss of herbal/medicinal hops at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium (closer to light) with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, to much complexity but a pretty drinkable Saison. Would prefer to see the ABV come in a bit lower than 7.4%.
