On tap at the Brewfarm in the LaBrewatory.
In a snifter, this one is a lovely golden color with a massive fluffy head that is off-white in color. Plenty of lacing.
The nose has a big dose of simcoe hops up front with some sweet and buttery malt lying in the background.
Wow, the taste is wonderful. The malt is somewhat corny and buttery, it actually reminds me of a buttered popcorn jelly belly jellybean. Big hit of citrusy and earthy simcoe hops also. A unique single hop that works wonderfully.
Plenty of creamy carbonation, smooth and medium bodied. Really nice feel.
I could tip back several of these bad boys. Really a tasty beer that stimulates all of the senses. This might be my favorite beer from the Brewfarm.
