Another in the Botanical series. Pale, Special B, and Caramel Pils malts. Galena and Ahtanum hops, and a late addition of dried Chamomile flowers.

Growler at the May Santa Cruz tasting. Pours an orangey brown with a sticky fluffy tan head. Big cinnamon and nutmeg notes on the aroma with a banana cream pie/green banana peel note. As it warms, some metallic off-notes come through. Flavor is apple and cherry pie with an odd medicinal menthol accent. Additional notes of bananas and iron. Pretty out there and probably infected. Some parts are really really good but the metal and menthol detracts quite a lot. Can’t rightly rate this too high.
