Hops are English Goldings and German Hallertaur and American Willamette. Our ESB is Double dry-Hopped (one pound per barrel) with English Goldings and American Willamette.

What a good beer. The nose features scents of spicy/flora hops, caramel malts, and adjucts. Maybe some corn. Very clear copper with orange and red hues. It was served with no head. Great hop flavor and very nice bitterness. They should drop their light beer, and make is a permanent.

Think fresh apple cider in appearance- hazy brown-red.
Nice steady lacing.

Malt dominates the nose.

Full bodied without going over the top. Sweet, woody and dark fruit flavors.

A nice easy drinking beer though not really session oriented.

MCCoys does a solid job- though they have a lot going on an sometimes don't seem to be putting their beers at the top of the offering list.

This slightly hazy golden brown ale has a fine lace around the sides of the glass and a very spicy hop aroma. The initial flavor is a sharp explosion of sweetness from a very malty base coupled with a strong bitter bite. The overall flavor is raw and a bit unbalanced. The heavy malt is at war with a strong hop profile lending to a lack of real smooth balance. A little mellowing would do this brew well.
