This is our Landing Light with an all-natural raspberry flavor added. Refreshing, subtle raspberry flavor.

For a redlight raspberry beer, you might very well think they poured you something else. The beer looks just like their Landing Light - a mild clear yellow.
The smell is not appetizing at all. The only thing that hits the nose is a blast of raspberry syrup...and that kind of syrup that reminds me of medicine.
The taste is a combination of immitation raspberry (as per bubblicious), one of those bad 'purple' vodka shots with a fun or silly name, and an old bud light.
When I ordered this beer, I could not finish it. I gave it away to a friend. And after he drank on it for awhile, we had the waitress carry it away.
When you go to McCoy's (and you should), don't order this one.

This fruit brew is quite deceiving at first glance. The color is like that of the Landing Light ale, almost clear with just a tinge of golden color. The raspberry aroma is quite strong and the body is much heavier than the color would suggest. The raspberry is obvious in the flavor, but is not over-supported by malt. There is a nice latent hop bite to finish the brew off.
