Cask of the week.
A: Pours a dark amber/light reddish brown with a 1/4" fine bone-white head which leaves just a few spots of lace.
N: Typical flemish tartness/basalmic vinegar/oak tannins with slight yeast and grainy malts.
T: Mild bretty funk and lacto tartness, cherries and rasberries. The basalmic and tannins are barely present. Some vinous notes.
M: Medium body and carbonation from the hand pump. Vinous finish with some very mild tartness.
O: Interesting inoculation. While not exactly to style, this was nice.
