Pours a nice deep straw color with some very nice foamy head, and a nice bit of lacing. Sweet malt scent, with a little hop or spice in the nose, along with a slight cherry scent. Nice crisp taste, good sweet pale malt; wonderful mix of malts; it has a great cherry flavor that is not overwhelming, but easily tasted; finishes with a slight hoppy and slight peppery taste (German/Belgian hops or yeast?). Goes down very smooth. Great cherry fruited version of MBC's blonde ale.
