1° full name is: Celebration Royal Ale (for Royal visit to Keighley, 2/2001)
2) Nose: fresh bread, yeast, chalk, some English hops in the nose too.
Colour: beautiful light orange, some cold haze, thick lacy head.
Taste: quite (English) hopbitter, hops becoming more and more pronounced till very bitter. There is however, definitely underlying malt, even caramel, for balance.
Mouthfeel is quite chewy - amazing for such a light ale. The UK at its brewing best.
Aftertaste: bitterness fading ever so slowly away. Worthy of the makers of Landlord. I love this beer.

Another great ale from Timothy Taylor. I have written in my notes that it has a light to medium body, but with a very robust flavour. Nice balance between grainy/bready malts and zesty fruity citric hops, i really enjoyed it, another great session ale!!!!
