On nitro-tap at Callahan's, San Diego.
Pours a slightly hazy dark copper red color. Nice creamy off-white head with good retention, lacing the glass well. Light malt aroma. Medium-bodied, very smooth with a slight tingle from the carbonation. Malty flavor with a nice balance of spicy hops in the background. A very drinkable ESB and one of Callahan's better house beers.
