Very pale yellowish color in the glass, very light bodied, and very berried. This is like Budweiser with a shot of real berries. It tastes suspicious at first, and does seem improbably sweet. To confound the pleasure, the berry flavor wavers between fruit-flavored instant oatmeal and herbal tea.
I think blueberry is a hard flavor to brew with. Either it comes out tasting like synthetic pancake syrup, or it is anemic and washed out.
The brewer calls this an unfiltered wheat beer but declines to assign an alcohol content. Some think it is about 4%, which would explain the extreme lightness. On tap at San Diego Brewing Co. [notes from April 8, 2012 visit]

On-tap at Callahan's
A: A rather uninspiring pale golden color with no head and not much in the way of visible carbonation either.
S: A huge aroma of sweet blueberry pancakes. That's really all there is to it, and I'm liking it.
T: Like the nose would indicate, we've got sweet, sugary, blueberries and a doughy pancake like flavor. Perhaps a bit "spritzy" on the finish.
M: Although the beer is really sweet, I was surprised that it isn't syrupy. Quite light with a fairly low carbonation.
D: I'm not normally one for these sweet, sugary beers, but this just tasted so much like one of the breakfast foods I really like: blueberry pancakes. As "bad" as it is to say, one of the better beers I had that day.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear gold color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that diminishes rapidly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of blueberry with touches of wheat and malt. Light-bodied and fruity with flavors of sweet blueberries and malt, with mild wheat and spice undertones. The finish is fruity and short. Just average overall.

On tap at the San Diego Brew Pub. One of their many guest beers.
Poured a medium yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of blueberry muffins, and some wheatiness. Tastes of lighter blueberries with stronger wheat - opposite of the aroma.
This one was better than any of the '4' house beers they had on tap...
