Thanks to Kraus for this 22oz bottle. Poured into 12oz tulip. Poured a clean, clear copper-gold color with over an inch of just off-white head that good retention and light lacing.
solid citrus hop scent, with some malt in the background. Not really picking up the barrel or Brett the label claims. pretty much the same on the tongue, maybe the wine barrel shows through a bit, but still not picking up any Brett.
The body was good, maybe even a bit on the light side of average for the style. Drinkability was very good. Overall, a nice brew. I woulda liked the barrel and brett to have been more noticeable. Worth trying if you see it.

Poured into a Fremont small snifter. Pours a very hazy, nearly opaque orange amber with a half finger white head that dissipates to a thick film with good lacing. Looks a lot like an unfiltered NE IPA. Aroma of pale and candi malt, mild citrus hops, orange and tangerine, slight light stone fruit, mildly spicy. Flavor is semi-sweet pale malt, citrus hops, orange and grapefruit and citrus rind, brett, dry grass, dried apricot. Brett develops throughout the taste into a bretty, citrus rind finish with mild residual fruit and hints of toffee. Medium bodied with light creaminess, good mouth feel. This is an odd barrelled IPA, but pretty much delivers what it promises: an ale aged on brett with lots of fruit flavor. The IPA itself is muted and subsumed, with the hops largely bitterning with little herbal flavor. I'm not a huge brett fan, and the finish on this is a little stark for me, but I have to say that I like the whole package much more than I expected. The brett is largely well handled and there is plenty of citrus and other fruit flavors to keep things interesting. There is good evidence that this would, indeed age well for those who enjoy the progress of this yeast strain. I like just a touch of brett, and this is fine with me right now. Unlike any barrelled IPA I've ever had and more similar to wild ales, although the flavors are not as intense or sour (which is why I like this). Odin pushed the envelope a bit on this one and for me it was a success. Interesting. ABV well covered.
