Quite a nice twist on a traditional saison style. I'm told there was more than 40 gallons of fresh pear juice added to this beer. It has just the right amount of earthiness and funk balanced with the crisp dryness offered by the pears. This can be easily drank over and over and over...at least until it's all gone.
