Taste: complex, lemon, semi sweet, Belgian yeast, fresh almost herbal. Crisp finish but still a mellow drinker on a hot day.
Gold clear, with delicate head of lace. Medium lite body.

This is a dry hopped saison that has a bit of fruitiness of what seems to be apricot and lemon. From the nose, it is obviously dry hopped. From the taste, the dryness of the hopping is apparent. It seems to do a bit of battle with the Belgian yeast component. If you aren't terribly a fan of Belgian styles, this may be a good mate for you. The dryness and fruit component dissipates quickly and lends to a Belgian like finish.
