Much like an American-Style wheat beer, it is light, crisp, and refreshing, but with a twist: the use of rye malt, adding a nice, almost tart character to this seasonal brew. Unlike an IPA, it uses its namesake hop, Centennial, to add a citrus and grapefruit finish without overpowering the subtle spiciness of the rye. Perfect for warmer weather!

On tap at Baileys Range. Pours yellowish golden with a decent head. Smell is butterscotch and rye. Smells off. Taste is the same. Butterscotch dominates all over. I was hesitant to review, but I feel like the feedback needs to be known. Sounded delicious when I ordered it, shame it was off. Maybe next time...

Served this Rye Beer in the brewery, on tap, in a pint glass. Poured a hazy yellowish color, produced a nice white head, very nice retention and lacing. The aroma was full of rye malt and grapefruit. The taste of the ale had a spicy rye malt base, a little tart and it featured a nice hoppy citrus grapefruit finish. Excellent session beer.

Golden color brew with lots of visible bubbles. Solid head with good retention and creamy lace streaks.

Aroma is pretty clean with grass and bread notes.

Mild flavors of bready malt and earthy hop. Not rough on the palate but subtle and clean. Rye flavor comes to life mid-drink. Also a hint of apricot. Good balance.

Lighter bodied yet not watery. Easy to drink. Lively bubbles. Creamy texture overall.

This stuff is descent. Good for a meal time brew due to the mild flavors. Also for those who are not into stronger beers.
