Bottle, 2019 vintage, from Etre.
Clear with a light strawberry red capped with an off-white head with decent retention and lacing. The nose is funky rhubarb, rooty, earthy, funky, muddy. The rhubarb is so fresh and vibrant. The lambic has the classic de Cam character, lemony, bright and yet mushroomy. The palate opens clean and bright with tons of rhubarb, some grapefruit, bright citrus, some oak. Sourness is moderate and is a blend of grapefruit and lemon. The rhubarb expression is brilliant, though this isn't as integrated as Nath or the 3F Rabarber. There is a mild vinous undertone, a touch like a rosé, fruity and relaxing. Drying, tart, lemony on the finish. Very good.

2019 bottle. Copper golden tone, thin layer of frothy foam and spotty lace. Aroma has some mild earthy, vegetal and acidic rhubarb character, thankfully zero sulfur. Taste is much the same, moderately acidic with the earthiness and bright tartness of red rhubarb stalks dovetailing with the lemony, characterful lambic. Medium bodied and effervescent, easy to drink. Nice expression of rhubarb, not too extreme and very enjoyable.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, 2019 vintage, with a best before date of June 2041. Poured into a De Cam stemmed glass.
Appearance: A mostly clear copper orange colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving some sparse lacing.
Aroma: Rhubarb, earthy, oak, light funk, a touch sour, with some lemon notes.
Taste: Light sour and light funk, oak, earthy, rhubarb, pear, lemon, with some grassy herbal finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking and easily the most rhubarb forward lambic and/or beer that I’ve tried. Increased funk and sourness would be interesting.

Dark red color. Smells like kriek. Tastes sort of like a kriek even though there is no cherry in it, also has a salty umami type flavor going on. Very tasty and very different from Nath.

Bottle from Etre.
Pours an orange amber color with a hint of rose and a small tightly bubbled off white head that dissipates quickly. Lemony tart nose with moderate earthy funk. Bright non de script fruitiness under the lemony funk. Pretty nice brew

Hazy but somehow dispersing and suspending into fully opaque bright glowing salmon red under a short fluffy but sloppy blanket settling to a beautifully creamy yet fuzzy thick collar.
Both surprisingly tart and funky, the rhubarb is mild while the lambic takes precedent, as is true with most fruited de Cams. It's actually softly woody of neutral oak, which pairs well with herbal rhubarb and a hint of sesame. As it warms it becomes a touch ashy.
The fluffy medium body is crisp and quenching with a bone dry finish. Very very easy to drink.

Pours a cloudy, reddish pink coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of light doughy and grainy malt, a distinct rhubarb aroma and lighter fruity yeast esters of green apple, as well as some musty, earthy oak notes and just a hint of funk. Taste is a great balance of light doughy, grainy malt, a vibrant, tart rhubarb presence and lighter estery fruit notes of green apple and gooseberry, as well as subtle hints of musty oak, with very little funkiness coming through. Finishes with a mild tartness and some rhubarb and just a hint of oak lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth, somewhat effervescent mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
This is a very fruity Lambic with an expressive, tart rhubarb presence and mild underlying acidity, although feeling a little one-dimensional and lacking in complexity as there are only subtle oak accents and very little funk to the taste here, with the aroma actually being a lot richer, interestingly enough. Nevertheless, it makes for a very nice, light and refreshing summer beer that is rather enjoyable for its vibrant fruitiness and dry and acidic character despite lacking in the more rich oaky and funky accents a little, although I'm guessing that my bottle was rather fresh, which may be a factor here.
