Dry hopped and on cask, served in a nonic pint.
Pale gold. Two inches of egg-white foam descends to about half its size, then goes nowhere. Directly underneath, the liquid is majorly chill-hazed, but it clears up in a second and the whole thing is perfectly translucent.
The aroma showcases mild maltiness like uncooked barley, some mild fruitiness of apples and apricot. A bright blend of floral and citrus hops makes up the rest.
Mild apricot and some lemon like skittles. The swallow obliterated any sweetness with some corn and a majorly dry finish.
Almost no carbonation, but there’s just enough to not be flat. The body’s a runny medium, with a clean finish.
This blonde isn’t undrinkable, but it tastes a little artificial. Something's off.
