Sampled on cask at the Pizza Port Real Ale Fest, where it was called "Old Porter".
This porter poured a dark garnet color with light brown foam that settled. The smell was mildly malty with some yeast aroma. The taste was malty, lightly roasty, with notes of cocoa and faint coffee. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy with medium body and low carbonation. The finish was lightly malty, and this flavor lingered pleasantly. Overall an enjoyable brew.
