Hazy golden color with an ivory head little more than a thin cap. Good retention with spotty lacing.
Aroma and flavor emphasize the traditional spiciness of the witbier style nicely, but go perhaps a bit overboard with the coriander. Some clove to be perceived, lemon peel offers some lighter, fruity counterbalance.
A little watery in the mouth. Not atypical for a wit, but still a little disappointing.
Super-drinkable, a pleasant and easy sipper. Good decision for a seasonal, especially for this time of year when everything is an O-fest/Marzen/malt bomb. It's still hot in Phoenix!
