(on draught at Tempe location. Notes from 8.25.2010). This is a collaboration between Four Peaks and Sun Up. Pours gold with white head. Aroma of bread, bubblegum and some floral. Sweet with a little salty. Mild hops. Somewhat heavy body with oily texture. Slightly bitter finish. Nice drinkable beer. Maybe it’s the heat inside Four Peaks Brewery....
