16oz shaker pint glass.
A: Served a clear dark golden with slight amber highlights below a thin off-white head that faded into a wispy film and collar. Spotty lace was left down the glass.
T: Follows the nose with juicy tropical hops notes of fruit nectar and slight citrus. I get flavors of creamsickle nelson hops and juicy tropical galaxy. There's a herbal and leafy bitterness in the finish, with a lingering lightly bitter and floral citrus quality in the aftertaste that reminds me of orange blossom or lemon verbena. The lager base is lightly bready with a touch of characteristic lager yeast poking through. Slight mint quality.
S: Super tropical galaxy nose, very fragrant and juicy. Pity this is in a pint glass as the hop blend smells great.
M: medium body, tingly mouthfeel from the hops and carbonation, fairly clean and easy to drink. Crisp and light finish. Solid bitterness from the hops.
O: A very solid and easy to drink IPL with a very delicious and fruity hop blend. Don't get scared by the lager name, this beer is bursting with hop flavor.
