Appearance: excellent color. Redish amber, came with decent lacing, yet no head.
Smell: hops at first
Taste: Biscuity. Perfect balance. Everything there in the right perportion, esp. when the beer warms a bit. If you take that balance and make it more intense, this would have a perfect taste. I thought I noticed a malt extract-like taste at the end of some sips when the beer was first served and colder. (Not saying they use malt extract).
Wonderful specimen of style.
