Sure Shot pours a golden glow with a 1 finger head. Lace is left in shadowy hills on the side. Opacity is 20%.
Aroma is faint but of both wheat bread and corn bread, some coriander and cilantro, a touch of thyme.
Flavor is bready, slightly corny, with dashes of fruity esters and spices. It ends on cilantro and corn.
Feel is quenching and creamy at the same time. Semi-dry finish.
Overall, not a bad Kolsch. I'd probably try it again but I'm not in a rush to go buy more.
