Our Orange Gose (“Goes-uh”) is a citrus twist on the German original, a style of beer our brew master has helped bring to the mid-west. This golden ale is brewed with malted wheat and barley and undergoes a kettle souring for pronounced tartness. Sea salt, coriander and orange zest complement the acidity with a dry, floral spiciness. Finally, we double-down on the fruity, citrus character with a final addition of natural orange.

L - Pours little to no head and is dark yellow and hazy
S - Kinda orangy and wheat like
T - Tangy and salty, mandarin orange like flavor. Kind of reminds me of hi-c ecto-cooler.
F - medium carbonation and acidic
O - I like this, seems true to the style and well balanced, and unique to me as this is the only orange gose I've personally had, so to me it is the OG

12 oz bottle poured into Calusa snifter. No date.
Pale translucent honey gold with a thin wispy ring of head.
Aroma of salt and minerals, and slight orange juice.
Flavor is orange Flinstone vitamin, some orange gummy, orange peel, slight tartness, and slight salt.
Feel is crisp and nearly clean. Moderate carbonation. No warming alcohol.
Overall one of the most enjoyable Goses I've had. Great balance.

Kinda ugly, urine-like appearance, with some decent champagne-style bubbles going on. Smells overripe, with hints of orange scented lysol wipes. Nice and sour flavor, solidly tart, but nothing really standing out. The orange doesn't do this gose many favors.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, orange color with a very small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange, tart lemon and hints of salt. Sweet orange taste with a tart lemony bite.
