Clear, a little foamy but not for long. Pretty boring to look at. Nondescript corn smell. The taste is sweet, full of corn, and not at all complex. Offputtingly pissy, with a rather warm flavor to it even when ice cold. Pretty smooth beer though!

A - Hazed golden color with an average sized, foamy, light, white head. Average retention leaving patches of lace.
S - A lot of banana on the nose followed with a good amount of clove. Subtle bready and wheaty aroma as well. Hints of lemon as well.
T - Clove comes out even stronger in the flavor along with a good amount of banana. Some lemon comes out toward the end. Some sweet malt in the background as well. Slight mineral taste.
M - Lighter body with average carbonation. A little thin and slightly dry on the finish.
D - The whole is better than the sum of its parts. Nice flavor with a lot of banana and clove. Pretty easy to drink and a nice summer beer.
Notes: On-tap at Short's. It's a decent hefeweizen with a lot of banana and clove flavors.

On tap at the brewery, although this does make it to El Bait shop, Shorts, and I think a few other tap accounts. Pours a very hazy yellow with a small but respectable head. The aroma is lemon rind & some banana, but it mainly dominated by a clove spiciness. The flavor is lightly tart and bready, dry but fruity with some mineral characteristics.
