Growler from the brewery.
A - Pours a very clear, gold to lightly dark golden color. Incredibly clear, but with a bit of carbonation bubbles. Head formation is decent, pearly white at 1/8". Down to a film.
S - Very much a belgian yeast base. Lots of white pepper, some clove, some banana esters, very spicy.
T - Starts off with a malty note, some 2 row, maybe a little pils grainy ness. Belgian esters already jump in and give it a fruity style. Mid-stream gets more bitter -almost from a grainy astringency than hopping. The lemongrass really gives thing beer a edge, a big counterpoint to the sweetness and the fruity yeast. Finishes with a smooth fruity yeast. Aftertaste is bitter, grainy from the grass.
M - Moderate beer body, stronger carbonation. Makes it a little more stinging on the palette. Finishes clean with just a little residual sweetness.
D - Easy drinking. No idea on the ABV, but it seems fairly low. Carbonation is slightly filling, but not to the extent of affecting sessioning.

Pours a hazy blonde with a small head and some lace. The aroma is some yeasty spiciness and a bit of banana along with some breadiness. The flavor is spicy and really pretty bitter, some earthy undertones show up alongside some spicy hoppiness and plenty of citrus rind. The beer is dry and very refreshing.

A - Hazy yellow color with a decent sized, very creamy, white head. Average retention that settles into a nice creamy layer of lace.
S - Citrus is very strong. Lemon and orange rind and lemongrass are very strong. Faint bready pale malt aroma in the background. Very tart aroma.
T - Similar to the aroma. Very strong citrus, both rind and lemongrass. Picking up hints of coriander as well, which reminded me a bit of a witbier with a lot of citrus. Nice bready pale malt background provides a nice balance to the strong citrus tart flavors.
M - Medium body with a good level of carbonation. Crisp and drying finish.
D - Very refreshing and easy to drink, even with the massive amount of citrus.
Notes: Interesting beer that is full of citrus flavors. Reminded me slightly of a witbier, although it is significantly different. I enjoyed this, and it was very refreshing. I don't know if I would regularly want to drink this, but I enjoyed drinking it. An adult alternative to lemonade possibly.
