Infinity + 1 is a strong IPA based on our award-winning Infinity IPA brewed with British pale and wheat malts. Dry hopped with masses of Citra hops, to give a soft bitterness. Taste and aroma... citrus and floral, with caramel and biscuits.

(half pint pour at NERAX a week ago... review from fuzzy memories)
Heard about this one from a few other patrons, with their flavor takes on it wildly different from mine... yellow-gold liquid, slight haze... kind of a soft lemon sugar cookie scent to it, certainly a touch flour-al and floral... light fruity hopping that one wouldn't immediately peg as Citra; its bitterness is soft, as they suggest... clean, quick and light-bodied; little carbonation... pound-for-pound the most enjoyable drop I had the whole two days I attended; this comparison is a stretch, but it reminded me of a mildly more aggressive Deuchars IPA... it more or less tastes like a marginally hoppier, certainly drier English golden ale (2295)
